Project Details:

including the dismantling of existing facilities, demolition of old structures, excavation, construction of new foundations and structures, reassembly of the warehouse, and installation of infrastructure. Dismantling: Removal of existing oil tanks, workshop, fences, and gates. Demolition: Demolition of unusable structures, such as pavements and slabs on grade. Excavation: Excavation of soil to required foundation level, including shoring, dewatering, and compaction. Soil Replacement: Replacement of soil with imported material, if necessary. Soil Backfilling: Backfilling of excavated areas with suitable material. Foundation Construction: Construction of foundations, ground beams, pedestals, retaining walls, and slabs on grade. Warehouse Reassembly: Reassembly of the dismantled CFS warehouse, including maintenance, repair, finishes, utilities, and replacement of damaged parts. Infrastructure: Construction of pavements, walkways, and all infrastructure (wet and dry utilities) around the CFS. Access Road: Construction of an access road to the CFS, including level adjustments. Fencing and Gates: Installation of fencing and access gates. Fiber Cable: Supply and installation of fiber cable from the control room to the CFS store.
